Greg Barker posted on his Twitter feed that the leaked documents on the EST website were neither "final nor accurate."

Seeing as the leaked document is absolutely identical to the eventual announcement, what game was he playing?

The man is, in my tired and irritated opinion, utterly incompetent. The next time I see this odious cretin on the tv screen, I want it to be accompanied with the words "cardiac arrest". I am sick to death of being treated in this way by government after ****less government.

Well, it was not quite accurate, 8 Dec is now 12 Dec, or effectively 9 Dec to have everything with the FIT supplier.

Disingenuous at best and using a definition of consultation only recognised by government.
