Learning from a distance

Morning,

Basically I live/Work in Afghanistan, I have lots of spare time and want to make use of it.

I want to do pretty much all the courses I can, pat testing, 2391, HNC...

Is there any options for me to do all the paperwork stuff whilst im here and then sit an exam when I go home on leave??

Hi Paul these do the HNC/HND distance learning courses. I have no affiliation with them other than a couple of guys I know did it with them and I helped the lads a little, but they both told me that it was excellent. Great support from their tutors and also from fellow students that were doing it.

Be warned mate that even at HNC the maths part is pretty intense. Below was the type of maths they did on a bridge course they had to do

As for the PAT testing, just get the code of practice book, read it and take the exam when you get home mate.

Thank you Malcom, I've no problems on the maths side of things. will give them a ring and see if they can help me, might as well put my spare time to some good use!!
