Hi
Can anyone give me a good argument on either side? More and more sealed units are emerging on the market, but they still carry a premium price ÂŁ30+ per unit over a conventional GU10 Fitting and a Decent (7w Philips Master) Lamp.
I can't seem to see any benefit of the sealed unit apart from they possibly look slightly nicer as you don't need a removable bezel to fit the lamp.
But on the other hand the conventional fitting at least offers you the chance to change the lamp if does go, or to to change the lamp if you fancy a change in colour temp....
