Discuss LED plinth lights ? in the Australia area at ElectriciansForums.net

I've never done it but its theoreticaly possible unless there's an off the shelf model that I haven't seen. The plinth lights are normally on a plug in transformer, if you replace their trany with a dimable one and put it on the dimmer switch capable of the current I can't see why not apart from the luminaries themselves. Have a search on the net at wholesalers that may sell them, may save you a lot of time and effort. I'm interested in the replies on this one, good question.

I have a problem in a new kitchen where the fitter worked things out wrong and one of those pull out larders is fitted almost flush to the wall and opens onto the light switch. It is going to be a three gang switch, one for ceiling lights, one for under cupboard lights and one for plinth lights.
So now i've got to get the flattest switch i can find which will be one of those touch sensitive ones, which i believe are all dimmers ?

Any better ideas will be welcome. Thanks.
