About 4 years ago I replaced 20+ halogen spots with GU10 LED's. I didn't change the downlights but removed the LV transformers.
Every time the customer asks for other electrical work they report that a few bulbs have gone dim and I replaced them.
Today, more work but 7 more bulbs need changing.
Does anyone know the possible cause of this problem?
The location is a hairdressers but no evidence of high moisture or excessive heat.
