Still learning and rarely ever do lighting

Just wondering if anyone has a wiring diagram for a led strip to light switch

Does every kit have to have a power supply and a driver?

Do you mean the self adhesive type strip? In which case I've not seen driverless ones, so just wire as normal and treat the driver as your light, (use 2 plate or 3 plate wiring)

Hi

The selection depends on what you have of device and LED strip type you want to install.

Looking at the type of the LED strip either it's addressable or regular, any kit should provide power along with control.

In some cases where an external control device (i.e. Arduino), it requires an external power supply to provide power to the strip as long as there is another device will provide control!

Detailed diagram is available but shop drawings aren't!
