Level 3 2330 where to study?

Hi,

i just joined up today,

i completed my level 2 last year i've gone back today to enroll for level 3 and told the government has cut the funding so i need to pay £1200, which i can't do,

which college around the birmingham area can i study at that still have funding?

Hi,

Most colleges are charging students now due to cutbacks etc. If ou are in employment and under the age of 25 you can apply for an apprenticeship but your employer may still have to contribute towards the training (depends on the college). I would make enquiries with other colleges in your area whose information should be online. I know you have Birmingham Electrical Training at Birmingham Electrical Training - home , they may be able to point you in the right direction, but I would hurry up as the courses may well be full by now.

funding has been cut by the goverment mate same situation with everyone on our course we are doing the lv2 night course at telford college and they are running it through the half term etc so we can enroll before the end of jan but they reckon it will be £1500

I've just signed up for the level 3 at City of Bristol and had to pay £1099 for it. I think it would of cost even more but they did some cut backs last year so they could lower the cost as much as possible. As far as i'm aware this is happening everywhere.
