Dare I ask are you going it alone and doing all kinds of jobs including notifiable work, without being in a CPSI'll let you know. Not renewed my NAPIT this year, absolutely pointless.
All anyone asks for is the test certs. Just had a job where the building control is asking for the cert so asked them why, goes onto tell me so they can allow the electrics to be notified through them
I've done loads of jobs where i've forgotten to forward certificates and to notify, never ever been pulled up for it.
