If i changed 4 light fitting like for like, And each light is feed off a fused spur off the ring that ISN'T rcd protected would i need to fit an rcbo on the ring?

I just need to know the answer to the question so please no going off topic thanks.

Ring main should be RCD protected any way if there is a possibility of feeding equipment outside.

The lights are outside flood light and the ring isn't rcd protected but it's a direct change like for like.
