Hi all,

New to the forum and this may be a simple question for someone but here goes. I have two lightfittings in my kitchen, one of which is permenantly live I.e the lamp is lit all the time. I measured the voltage and it is Reading 293volts on the loop and 49 volts on the switch side when switch is off! Any ideas guys? Thanks in advance.
