'Light' sensor for external lights

Can you get a sensor that will only allow external lights to be switched on when the light level drops below a certain amount?

yes dusk to dawn sensor will do that on the external lighting supply, most can safely switch 10A if you want it to

How would you want to turn the lights off or is it ok for them to stay on all night?
