I'm working on a house with lighting wired in singles from DB to loft and therefore no CPC, in the loft it is all in old T&E so CPC's to every point, the same downstairs. Zs, R1 R2 is fine down and up because at some point the cpc's have been connected to a single unbroken disconnected shower cable in black and red with a 2.5 cpc. The cable is terminated in a JB with the cpc out to a rose in the loft and at the DB, a 2.5mm in the MET with the 6mm just terminated and in the unit unconnected. Is this acceptable? If so should I leave it so in the DB so that an electric shower may be used in the future or should I terminate it outside the DB and just run the sleeved CPC into the MET? Or do I need to run T&E which would be tricky? Any advice appreciated! Thanks
