Hi everyone hope all ok, i would be grateful of some help i need some sort of lighting in a downstairs room with a low ceiling it was once a garage but turned into a bedroom it has a plasterboard ceiling with joists and a new pitched roof being put on ( the orignal flat roof is staying its a exspensive fibre glass roof were using it for as a floor for storage). what sort of lighting would you recommend spots alought there is insulation packed between the ceiling and old roof. Any help would be great. Thank you.
