Singles will make the job easier, feed to klik box, pir to switch switch feed, unswitched feed off klik to Em supply

Wire it as any lighting circuit with E-Lights.

The switch line goes to the PIR (requires Neutral)
The permanent live goes via a keyswitch

Personally I would two plate this so that the feed to the PIR for the switch line is linked off the E-Switch so that when operated it kills the power to the normal lights and thus makes it simpler to assess the brightness and operation of the E-Lights.

Here is a simple graphical example of my comments for you..

If you want to leave the normal lights on when you test the emergencies you'll need to take a separate emergency feed from the keyswitch, ie 3 core. Otherwise you can take a twin feed as far as the PIR, take the live feed from the permanent live (A) and take the switched live back into the L terminal. You'll need a 3 core between the PIR and emergency fitting, then twin to the rest.

the circuit has a k/s incorporated. would I run perm and switched to em, and link both em, with separate live to normal lights

You would have thought they'd have a switch to flick on and off to engage an override. Not on each PIR but an actual light switch

Fitted a lot of this sort of light recently, with all tests reporting back through central Dali controller(s).
