Can you put lighting on a fuse (6amp) spur for a new extenstion ?

Only has 1 light and 2 wall lights.

Though as it's a new circuit you will have to use a RCD spur if your burying the cables unless you comply with reg 522.6.6

Did hear a whisper that the forthcoming ammendment is going to scrap the requirement to RCD buried cables on minor additions and alterations to existing pre 17th installs.....makes sense IMO,having an RCD FCU for one bit of cable when the rest of the install is not RCD'd is about as silly as it gets.
