Does anybody know something about requirements about lighting protection system?

A specialist lightning protection company who would survey, design and install would know.

I've worked on plenty of buildings that have proctection fitted.

BSEN 62305, unless you do this regularly then a copy might be a little out of your price range.

Never noticed, I'd read it as Lightning as per my reply.
Maybe the O.P did want to know about LIGHTING protection
