Lightning protection using ESE air terminal

Hi, I'm designing a lightning protection system for a building 125m height using ESE air terminal. As I known, the French standard NFC 17-102 is applicable to the lightning protection using ESE lightning conductors of common structures of less than 60m high. What standard applicable to the structures over 60m height?

Yes and Know, my partner for this system is a producer from Europe (France).
They tested, in normal mode is imposible to use only one terminal lighting rode for cover protection for a building hiyh high 125 meters.
Is necesary to use moore terminal, in our study and project is need to use 5 ESE terminal and 4 down conductor.
