Ime italy havve just brought out a new bit of kit, that might be usefull to keep inside the spanish load limits http://www.imeitaly.com/docs/NT752.pdf it consists of a load monitor and contactor in the same unit, if the total connected load exceeds a certain limit it drops the non essential loads.
