Hi all

Terrestrial Aerial Signal Meter for doing digital aerials

I dont do that many aerials so don't really want to spend loads of money on one.

Maybe a second hand one off ebay etc anyone recommend one ?

Would really question the suitability of these. They are designed more for the caravanner when at a new site. Being just a general noise meter they can be very misleading. If you are putting the aerial up as a favour to see if it is ok then maybe but if you are charging then you are being paid to do a job which should be done properly.
The Horizon ST range (combined sat and terrest meters) can often be found on ebay, I bought one for ÂŁ125 a while back. Cracking bit of kit for the money and you can look at and measure each individual tp or mux so you will know you have done the job right. Also knowing the power level of the weakest mux you can make an informed decision about amplification which really wants to be avoided unless absolutely necessary - lte (4G, 5G, 6G etc) interference
