Looking for an insulated hex set (perhaps one that fits the draper torque screwdriver!)

I am having more dealings with western power. In turn, they are now fitting series 8 cut outs and generally an isolator. Both of these have hex key screws. I am not comfortable using my uninsulated set.

I have a draper torque screwdriver and it would be great if they do some hex key's that fit this, but I can't find any. Does anyone know if they do them that specifically fit the torque screwdriver.

Alternatively would anyone recommend a set of insulated hex key's, not the standard L shaped ones, but ones with a handle?

which I like the look of, but the very first review puts me off a little as I want them to be slim enough to fit into the terminals. Bit of a long shot but does anyone know if the CK set reaches into the line and neutral terminals of the proteus isolator ?

I know Wiha do some as I have a set but they're an odd size so I suspect they only fit their screwdrivers, probably for safety reasons so you can't use non-insulated tools.

I think the Wera ones are 9mm across flats, not the typical 6.35mm = 1/4" of most driver bits. Guess it also allows for enough insulation!

that looks like same size drive end as wera. for those terminals all you need is a 3.0mm hex. end.

they are. i have a set. 6mm or 1/4".

Technically 6mm is 0.236" or 59/250... ?

1/4" is 6.37mm. ?

Either way standard 1/4" bits won't fit in Wiha screwdrivers..

1" is defined as 25.4mm these days, so 1/4" = 6.35mm exactly.

Of course, what is actually manufactures won't be exact!

How do you find that Draper torque kit? I am keen to get it.
If you can post some measurements of the bit that slots in we can check against my wera set and see if they can be interchangable.
I'll post some pics tomorrow

I like it. Much cheaper than the Wiha torque. I cant's compare it to the wiha though as I don't have those.

It feels like good quality, the bits stay locked in place and the bits fit into the screws firmly, that's about all you need really.

The bits measure 9mm, although that's just me measuring them.

But.... thinking about it, I would have gone with the wiha torque, simply because they have a wider range and I wouldn't be in the predicament I am in now.
