Need Anti Vandal Wire covers for some outdoor circular bulhead lights...

got to replace some on a block of flats and freeholder is getting anoyed as the little turds smash them...!!

any one got any ideas were to get from?

I had to 'vandal proof' some sodium fittings in a tunnel once, rep from the electric centre visited and managed to obtain some cages that fitted over them with ease.

Isn't there any local fabrication workshops that can make you some stainless mesh cages? We can also fabricate and tig weld our own bits and pieces but it's just easier to get all this kinda stuff custom made locally by one of the small engineering shops and it keeps the local guys in business.

I know my local newey and eyre has cages of different sizes in their catalogue. Could be worth a look down your local wholesalers. Only thing is I'm not sure on their prices as I no longer use them, might be cheaper to use a local workshop.

sort the underlying problem out with a baseball bat to there legs then see if the little ***** can damage them

How about trying your local plumbers merchants,flue guards come in all shapes and sizes,cheap too and they will be on the shelf.
