Type: "Free web templates" into google.....

find one you like, open a page in Notepad and change the text you see in your web browser with the text you see in Notepad....

1. Save Notepad after change
2. Alt+Tab to Explorer/Firefox
3. Press F5 to see the changes
4. Alt+Tab back to Notepad
5. Make more changes & Save in Notepad
6. Go back to Step 2.
