Hello all, I'm from Hong Kong. I'm a qualified electrician and air-conditioning mechanic, looking for a job in Ireland / Germany. But seems "Make it in Germany" and "Connect Trade Union" does not have a lot of information about the qualified electrician part, or how to become, something like that.
My questions are:
1. How to become an electrician in Germany / Ireland?
2. Do they have something like ECS Card Scheme in UK?
3. What if I carry qualifications outside Ireland / Germany? and What to do?
