turned up for work on friday morning no sign of gaffer (21 yr old english lad) or apprentice(19 yr old cheeky chappie) site foreman said that site project manager, site manager,my gaffer, apprentice and site joiner went out for a few beers on thursday evening and they couldnt raise the site manager or joiner but the PM turned up a bit the worse for wear saying they had a good time and a right good bevvy
My gaffer turned up about half 8 ( half 7 start) without apprentice he hadnt returned to their digs (glasgow city center BTW) the gaffer was a bit concerened and hoped that Big Senga wasnt holding the boy and using him as a sex slave While gaffer returned to the diggs to check I phoned police to check there were no reports of him in hospital ect only to be told He had spent the night with them for his own saftey as he couldnt speak let alone tell them where he was staying so he walked on site around T time to rapturous applause and a right good Laff all safe and well ( even if he did need a shower and a good feed Alls well that ends well

hes runnin the job quiet well ( time will tell tho as there are a LOT of things we "Will catch later") must have spent a lot of apprenticeship in the office BUT hes still learning

Better than the plumbing appertice that went missing in Fraserburgh during the summer , woke up next to a large gent having fun with himself and the poor apprentice naked beside him in the same bed .

Chargehand plumber and his his squad thought it was hallarious untill the police arrived and took the lad to hospital beacuse it was thought he had been drugged and raped

Remember they are young and the older (wont say sensible) need to lookafter them out of work whilst staying away

It's very hard to look after a squad of 20+. I lose at least 3 sparks per week.
