lost keys to shutter doors

my mate has lost keys to electric shutter doors of custommer,is it a straight barrel change ? where can i get one as google throws up loads of crap? looks like i can open up to get to parts as only slotted sctews on front.
what voltage are the replacements usually?
any help much appretiated.

They normal use a half euro cylinder you will have to drill out the old one as you need the key to remove the old cylinder mounting from the housing as the picture below shows

Forgot to add you will need the length of the existing cylinder to get a new one as they come in different lengths to suit the application they are used for

would it be easier to replace whole thing and replace with new? would i still need to drill out?

See PM sent due to security issues and open forums. You could replace it but you will still have to get the old one apart to remove it
