OK so next Q. what size tyres and will they fit nissan 5 stud?

Unfortunately not the pcd is slightly different Nissan 114mm and vauxhall 110mm you can get 'wobbly bolts' which are a 'fix' to this problem but I really do not trust them on normal road use to be honest but I have known people to drive with these 1000's of miles a year
