Lower Rate Fit

Anyone else missed the change in lower rate fit? I was just checking before I went to visit a swimming pool that I can't imagine will get anywhere near a D rating and discovered it's gone down to 6.61p. I don't understand how it's gone down if the rate for 4kwp and 10kwp didn't hit the numbers it needed to degress as planned.

There is only a single 'low rate' for all sizes of PV so if one of them goes down due to degression then they all do. But I think the latest reduction is just a 3-month degression (the over 50kW 3 quarters are now out of sync with the 3 quarters for smaller sizes) and happens a quarter earlier.
