LSF Cable requirements

Just having a headache at the min

What are the requirements for lsf cable in a new build property do you have to use is or is it down to the architect specification

Thanks lads just can’t find anything in the building regs or maybe just to early for me

I think it will be a case of the designer or local building authorities which will decide the use of LSF cable
