Lutron certification to issue or not ??????

Hi all
Been asked to install a lutron control system to replace and old system.
Do we need to issue a certificate of any kind
All we are doing is taking out old conrtol system and replacing with Lutron

Any one please advise before we price this
Never done this work before but seems easy enough

Got an answer from NICEIC issue a minor works cert as no new circuits are installed
