Has anybody done any Lutron lighting as need to price a job with this lighting in swimming pool area and I have some questions regarding wiring etc

Lutron have downloadable PDFs on their website with alot of wiring information. You may have to search for the model you are using.

have been looking at that and on the grafik eye shows only 4 switch lines whereas I need 7. They have spec the grafik eye and wall station. Is it all wired from switch plate in twin?

There are different models in the Graffik eye series that range from 4 to 6 zones I think. and yes they are wired from the controller in normal T+E. I know your after a 7 zone, they may do a zone expander but i haven't had extensive experience with their stuff. you may find you have to put two 4 zone controllers in, sure other people will give you a better solution.
