Lux levels for fluorescent light fitting in test mode

As the title says. I'm looking for some data so that I can calculate lux levels from a 58w fluorescent batten fitting in test mode (working off of battery).

I have looked on Thorn's website but all I can find is data for normal operation (not in test).

Any help would be much appreciated.

have a read of bs 5266 electricians guide to emergency lighting if you havnt already mite be useful,i think if you go with manufactures data on individual products you are normally ok

Thanks. What I'm struggling to find is the emergency light design lumens (ELDL) for a 58w fluorescent tube in a self contained batten fitting. (The lumens produced by a single 58w tube in test mode).

Hi, the output of an emergency luminaire will vary by manufacturer and equipment condition (new/old/dirty/clean). Have you tried lighting design software such as relux or dialux. These are free to download and use. Select the manufacturer and luminaire and the information is available. However, As a guide; I would assume 5% output during emergency mode. Hope this helps.
