I want to calculate the tails to a 200 amp fused switch from a 400 amp busbar, The main incomer before the busbar is a 400 amp fused switch fitted with 315 amp fuses. The DNO fuses are rated at 365 amps. Regards Keith

Find out what type of cable is suitable for the installation, then look at Appendix 4 of BS7671 for the current carrying capacity of that particular cable to get the appropriate size.
