Nah just never thought it was before but came across a site which states it is
confused as normal, and a little worried lol

Well the Approved Document to Part P of the Buildings Regs 2000 which I am staring at says it isnt notifiable

Thats what I always thought therefore allowing someone like me to do not notifyable jobs even if it needed upgrading first

Well, that link says that IT IS notifiable (I think? - Doesn´t mention "upgrading" but...)

on my NIC building regs notification site ther is a list of work that as been carried out and you click on what work you have done,equipotrential bonding is on that list,

believe it used to be notifiable when part p first introduced...was changed to non-notifiable mid 2006 something like that
