Main protective bonding/equipotential bonding

I’m just wandering does anyone know where mpb would be located in properties such as apartment blocks or housing

generally, each flat will have it's own CU.bonding should be found there, each flat having it's own bonding arrangements. from each flat's CU there will be an earth conductor back to the communal supply.

Would that be the same for hotels aswell

No a hotel will generally have a single point of main protective bonding as it does not contain separate dwellings.

if it's a a blackpool hotel the chance of it having any form of earthing is slim.
