Maintenance contracts

Has anyone provided a maintenance contract for commercial systems? We haven't until now but a customer has asked for one. If anyone has and is willing to share a rough price and what is included that would be very useful.

We were thinking of providing a visual inspection of the system and testing all the strings and writing a report.

Visual, Mechanical, (you'd be amazed on how many other installers systems that we maintain how many panels are loose!!) Cleaning, Electrical, Output against prediction. Also other contractors (roofing, aircon, maintenance) bu**er up our nice stainless traywork and we have to go back and fix it

The reason I wasn't including checking the anchors and clips is that this will increase the cost as we will need to scaffold etc. Not sure how many people will pay this extra cost.

We use cherry pickers, there again I and 2 of our guys have MEWP licences.... 15m up in the air, strapped in to a cherry picker, checking and cleaning panels (must post a photo from the top of the 21m cherry picker sometime, view is great so long as you don't look down at the spindly leg and what looks like really short outriggers from up there )
