This person requires some work. They've hopefully explained their skills and qualifications and what area they're in. Otherwise, what's the bloody point?

Hi All,
We are looking to expand our small business and need an experienced all rounder .
Doesn't need to be an electrician ,but must be able to think on their feet, not fussed at what they do.
We can be doing anything from fixing pipe leaks,replacing taps,light fittings,unblocking sinks etc.
Installing barriers,repairing composite panel walls etc.etc.
Ideal candidate will have full driving licence and ideally IPAF
We are based in Kent and travel around the south east
