Hi there, I am new to this forum, I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice?

I finished my apprenticeship last September and have gained the following qualifications:

EAL Level 3 NVQ Diploma in installation and commissioning (electrical)

17th edition

EAL NVQ Level 2 in performing engineering operations

City and guilds 2330 level 2 in installation ( building and structures)

I am interested in gaining experience in the maintenance sector and was wondering if anyone knows of the best way to get into it?

Working for a company or an agency?
Both will require you to have experience. If working for a company they will want fault finding as well.

Have you got a level 3 technical cert? That should be the minimum for a decent maintenance spark. Nowadays, a lot of employers require a HNC. They might be interested if you show willing to do it though?
