Just having a look at a small kettle to keep in the van, I always buy them coffee sachets that are 3 in 1, milk coffee and sugar in 1, I quite like them..

Are 12v kettles worth buying? Do they boil enough?

I looked at getting an inverter and a normal kettle, just seems alot of effort and expense to go to just to make a drink

Anyone have a 12v camping kettle they can recommend?

had one in my van years ago left st helens and kettle was boiling when i hit preston approx 30 min drive away.inverters are ok but you need a big one probably cost a few hundred quid large flask much easier.

We sell them at our truk stop sites, there not much cop really, 24v ones are a bit better buy still not great although they are good at melting the plugs lol, we also sell lots of invertors ranging from 150w upto 2kw
