Material Take Off Sheet

Design module at college, I need to prepare a take-off sheet for materials. Anyone got a template or the information that should be on there. So far I have Description, Model, Quantity.

can't help you there, HT. i still draw up my materials list on the back of a beermat.

Oh I can knock something up easy enough, just not sure what other columns to have other than Description, Model, Quantity

how about a column " available stock" as in what is in the company at the time.
