This may sound abit dumb, But looking at a small office with new install of dado trunking 7 sockets, only supplying 3 desktop pc's 3 LCD monitors and a 36 inch LCD Monitor, these running might be odd mobile or laptop plugged in now and then. what i was concerned was that is run off a RAdial 2.5mm T&E on 16amp breaker. If I done the x by 0.4 trick would be fine and within the be ok as far as demands, but im thinking there is still too much for this circuit. what diversity would i apply? i SEEM TO HAVE LOST A BRAIN.

thinking (this approx) 3 desktops are max 250w each LCD small ones 75w each and 36"150w.
would come out nearing 5amps

but if i apply the 100% of largest point plus 40% of every other point, we are sky high..

any takers?

load wise i would run a 2.5mm 16A radial, BUT with IT equipment run in a separate ring cpc and connect high integrity earthing.

yeah basically this is in and done already, i was checking it out and had few ???? run through my mind.... as far as the high integ and sep earth ring, ideas how to achieve this with the 2.5 t&e already in place. would i run another cpc in..? would i be correct in understanding its because the earth leakage we talking about on this equip that could require this high integ earthing..

been years since i looked at office requirements, I remember 15 odd years ago doing Loydds in london we had the floor boxes on copex and plug adpts going to power track with the extra earth (thinking back i believe was something to do with this for sure)...last time i delt with this!
