Hi all, a little help please.........I have a job where a building is being converted into 16 flats so sse have been to site and we have decided that it needs a 95 mm wavecon supply with 2 ryfield blocks for 17 new supplies. Now they have asked for a maximum demand for the flats which are all 2 bed and will have heatrae electromax 12 kw electric boilers on economy 10, can i give a rough guess such as 10kva( norm on small properties i say 5kva and they put in theyre normal 16mm con cable) or does this need to be precisely worked out?
