Well what was the calculated maximum demand?

hi if calculating using standard formulae based on breakers 90amp

Is 'the standard formula' disregard the largest device, add up the rest and multiply by 0.4 on a full moon with a prevailing North wind? :)

It's down to your judgement as a competent person to decide whether there is actually a problem here, you are free to use other methods to calculate maximum demand based on your knowledge of that particular installation.

If you're still concerned, you can call the DNO on behalf of the client and check out available options.

As always, a note on the EIC mentioning that 'maximum demand is approaching the rating of the supply fuse' shows that you have considered the situation.
