Hi Guys,

I'm having a few problems identifying and replacing some mcb's/rcbo's from a water damaged consumer unit.

They are type C20 talisman plus but I can't figure out what size they are and have been told they are mem "2" ?!?

Now my normal supplier for standard stuff say they can get them in for me but they will be ÂŁ100 plus each (i need 3 mcb with 2 rcbo "modules" for the replacements, so pretty much not cost effective at those prices.

Does anyone have any experience of these ones and if so, how do you tell the difference between the different fittings of these and/or know of anywhere I can get them from before I think about redoing the whole lot with more standard fittings?

Thanks,

Harry

Ps its a new workshop for me that I need them for so its not like I can pass on the cost to a customer!!

Yeah Mate, It will prob go that way!

just trying to see if there may be a way to do it without changing the whole thing out, just to save on the hassle...

If the mcbs were "normal" prices then its the work of half an hour to sort the whole thing but even just getting the correct info is proving to be a pain, hence the post!

Cheers,

Harry
