I know them but was wondering about mcb in stead of a changeable fuse not rcd

For something like that you would probably have to use a single MCB in an enclosure

i can see what you are saying but for better safe isolation you can remove the fuse. That can stop anyone just coming along and switching it on. Although an mcb in it would stop someone putting the wrong size of fuse in it.
