someone recently told me about a specially shaped screwdriver for mcbs. Has anyone heard about them, or have one, or know where I can get one?

i hjad a set, but was unfortunate to be working on site with a plumber. bye-bye screwdriver sey

so what's wrong with an impact driver and a hammer. that's what some sparks must use on some MCBs i've come across where it's impossible to undo the buggers.

well that depends its a quality screw driver mines now almost 6 years old and been used for every mains board change and every MCB job including periodics that i have done it has become attached to me now lol

Thanks all. I am installing a lot of RCBOs and you need a slimline driver to get into the neutral terminal. Are Wera doing the plus/ minus in their new slimline format i.e. insulation same diameter as head shaft (seen this in Professional Electrician a while back).

Yea I've had an orange CK modular driver couple of year now. You don't see many electricians who have one and when I offer for them to use it they never want to give it back!
