Mcb to rcbo

Hi,
Is there an RCBO out there to replace a Nb05 5a type2 MCB?

Can't seem to find one online?

Don't think so mate, NB type breakers were from the days that RCDs took up an entire unit of they're own let alone a module or two!

Cheers mate, I thought as much as just a MCB currently on eBay is listed as rare! Lol

you could come off the MCB into a separate RCD, but a CU replacement is far better if customer can stand the cost. remember to IR all circuits first and check for borrowed neutrals before pricing.

Just looked at a job this morning using the same MCBS.

Alterations to kintchen RFC and outside socket radial. Decided to split tails into a 2 way CU and use a couple of RCBOs.

Thought about using a seperated RCD for each circuit, but by the time i've re routed the cables through the RCDs it probably works out quicker to split tails.

Looks better too IMHO
