O

Octopus

Anyone know if the later Hager MCB's can fit as a direct replacement for the old L113's (5A cartridge fuse unit)??

Thanks

The busbar pattern is an always fit situation in my experience. Not so with the enclosures though........

(not my work btw)

Hum.. got a MTN 106 out of my store and the "body" of the unit was too deep and cover wouldn't have got back on.... so a call to Hager confirmed that the only one that will fit will be from their M106 (BS3871 version - retired in 1995) - so I got on of those to fit tomorrow!

Pickies for anyone interested:

Murdoch, i must apologise if i have given you duff information. Replaced 8 of these with rcds no problem, and the board was quite an age which is a little strange.
Sorry for confusion caused.

Buckfast

No need to apologise.

I just thought I'd update the thread for others to use for reference as and when they do searches on this subject
