MCS installers database

I have just checked the installers database for our area to find yet again it is showing the wrong number of technologies for us. We are back to ST and PV as our first listing. We have had this four times now it's an effin joke that they demand so much of us but can't get their end working properly.

Has anyone else found it happening to them? Do you ever check ?

Aren't the entries on the MCS register controlled by the accreditation bodies? The membership secretary at NICEIC, NAPIT, Elecsa or whoever you are with should be able to get it sorted pretty quickly.

You could, of course, threaten to take your business elsewhere. That usually spurs people into action....

Once the technologies have been submitted they are in the "care and control" of whoever maintains the database. I shouldn't have to ask Benchmark to chase them every time they do something with that database that results incorrect listing for my business.
