As a combined father's day/birthday/christmas present my daughter got me 2 tickets for Bruce Springsteen at the Stadium of Light tomorrow night and they just arrived so I'm chuffed.
Only drawback is I'll have to go to Sunderland.
Anyone else going?

Going to the gig at Manchester on Friday night, be the 4th time I have seen him. He aint half bad performer for a 62 year old. Still bounces around like he his 22.

It'll be my 10th or 11th, best one was just him and a guitar, lights and PA system at Newcastle City Hall around 96.
There's still tickets left for Sunderland if anyone's interested in a flippin good night out albeit an expensive one

Well he is playing a couple of dates in Dublin next month, so just a short flight if you still fancy it.

Would definitely recommend seeing him live he is just awesome. Played over 3 hours last night.

Do it, I was brought up on him by my dad, never really understood him until I seen him live about 17 years ago, not looked back since. Should be on everyone's bucket list as far as I am concerned, even the uneducated like my self would be converted.

3 hours 20 minutes without a pause for breath on Thursday night, we were right down the front and I got a sore throat through singing along. Worth every penny and the soaking we got

One thing I noticed on Thursay was that a lot of the stage lighting was LEDs, twas nice to see that rock n roll is embracing the technology. Maybe an end to musicians sweating their cods off every night is in sight.
It almost makes me want to join another band
