Why can he not legally change it now, what is the legal basis for this? Why was it legal to change it without consultation prior to the agreed review date, what is the legal basis of that? What point therefore is the consultation period if it reports after the fact? How can the consultation therefore, legally change something after it has happened, if it can't be done prior?

I don't, but then it's something that can be pinned on him to refute and support and I doubt he can support his legal basis and therefore that will discredit him further. He's talking utter Tosh and hiding behind "legal" as if it's some voodoo magic not to be challenged.

That link for the EDM (which is just the equivalent of a group of MPs signing a petition) was complaining about the 9p rate that ROC transferees got from FiTs.

As a small Solar Company I am also waiting for a meeting with Greg Barker- As he is my MP, I will be seeing him as a constituent. I believe a meeting will be set up for the 25th November.

Take that git out on a roof in the driving rain at 8pm with some floodlights and make him fit panels then wake him up at 6am the following morning to do it again and repeat for 6 weeks.

I did as many advised on here and wrote to my MP Dan Boyle. He promptly replied and has set up a meeting with Greg Barker which he, myself and another constituent will attend.

It is scheduled for December 1st.

If any here want to contribute just forward your concerns and comments regarding Renewables in general and I will endevour to get answers!

If he doesn't lower the EPC from C to at least D then that will be the end for the general Joe Bloggs and is the very first and most important thing to lobby on, even before the FIT rate suggested.
